EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
We maintain close communication with each child’s teacher in order to assure success in school. We also provide following resources:
Designated homework/study times
Individual tutoring
Computer training in all homes
SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
Guidance is given to our children in the areas of education, hygiene, clothing, outside employment, recreation, socialization, and consumer education. Garden House offers a variety of activities and cultural events that help broaden our children’s view of their world. We maintain close communication with each child’s school in order to assure success. Garden House staff and directors become the only support or family some of our children know. Relationships often extend long after our children leave the care of our agency.
