JOB DECRIPTION:

Resident Assistant

Garden House is a Christian based group home agency that is looking for women desiring opportunities to minister to the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs of our foster girls. Guardians must be able to provide a nurturing and structured environment for our children in a group home setting. This position requires a high energy person looking to work with struggling children (0-18 years old) and take on a parental role in the lives of our girls.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements to obtain an entry level position with Garden House:

Must be 21 years old or older female
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Possess a valid driver's license with NO DUIs and very minimal driving offenses
Able to drive a 12 passenger van
Be able to obtain a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Department of Public Safety
Be CPR and First Aid Certified or able to obtain the certification
Have a minimum of one year’s experience working with children
Able to demonstrate healthy boundaries, values and role modeling

Our six homes are located in the Northwest Phoenix.
